Product Safety & Warning Notice

1. Intended Use

All Good Feet footwear products are designed for adult use only (18 years and over, or 13+ with parental supervision where applicable). Products are intended for their stated purpose (walking, casual wear, specific athletic use) as described on each product page. Use outside the stated purpose is at the customer’s own risk.

2. Sizing Warning

Incorrect shoe size can cause discomfort, blisters, falls, and foot injury. Always consult the size guide provided on each product page. If you are between sizes, order the larger size. If you have foot conditions (flat feet, wide feet, bunions, plantar fasciitis), consult your podiatrist before purchase.

3. Slip Hazard Warning

All footwear can present slip and fall risks on certain surfaces including wet floors, polished tiles, ice, and steep inclines. Our rubber outsoles are designed for traction but do not guarantee safety on all surfaces. Use appropriate caution on slippery surfaces. Our waterproof products (GF Trek M) are designed for trail use — use on extreme terrain is at your own risk.

4. Material Warnings

• Latex foam insoles: If you have a known latex allergy, consult your doctor before using products containing latex foam (GF Rise, GF Board, GF Step, GF Ground M, GF Gorpcore M)
• Artificial leather: Some individuals may experience skin sensitivity to synthetic materials. Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Dyes and colourants: All products comply with EU REACH regulation. No restricted substances above threshold limits are used

5. Colour Accuracy

Due to differences in monitor calibration, screen brightness, and photography lighting, product colours as displayed on goodfeetofficial.com may vary slightly from actual product colours. This is not a product defect.

6. Regulatory Compliance

• Products are manufactured in compliance with applicable Chinese export standards
• EU customers: products comply with EU General Product Safety Directive (GPSD) 2001/95/EC and its successor Regulation (EU) 2023/988
• UK customers: products comply with UK General Product Safety Regulations 2005
• No restricted chemicals above threshold levels under EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006

7. Defective Product Reporting

If you believe a product presents a safety risk, contact us immediately at support@goodfeetofficial.com. We take all safety reports seriously and will investigate promptly. In cases of genuine safety risk, we will initiate appropriate recall or corrective action procedures.
