How the programme works.

Choose Your Programme
Based on your current fitness level, daily step count, and any foot conditions, you select the programme that fits you. Not sure? Start with the 10,000 Steps Programme.

Break In Your Shoes Correctly
Day 1–3 are dedicated to breaking in your Good Feet shoes properly. Each model has a specific break-in protocol that prevents blisters and ensures maximum comfort from day 4 onwards.

Follow the Daily Session
Each day has a target: a distance, a technique focus, and a stretch. Sessions take 20–90 minutes depending on your level. No equipment needed — just your shoes and the outdoors.

Track & Progress
Use any step counter or smartphone. Log your daily steps and note how your feet feel. The programme adapts around your progress — more comfort, more confidence, more distance.

Complete & Continue
At the end of your programme, you will have built a daily walking habit that requires no motivation — only time. Most graduates move directly to the next level programme.
