1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation of your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at support@goodfeetofficial.com or via WhatsApp at +1 640 241 28 66. Once an order has been submitted to our China fulfilment partner for processing, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel

- Include your order number and full name
- We will confirm cancellation within 30 minutes during business hours
3. Cancellation Outcomes

4. EU & UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers (under EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK consumers (under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods — without giving any reason. If you have already received your order and wish to exercise this right, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. You do not need to cancel before dispatch — you may return the item upon delivery.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
