Social Media Terms of Use

These terms govern your interactions with Good Feet (Amerion Group LLC) on all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and any other platform where Good Feet maintains an official presence.

1. Our Official Social Media Accounts

The official Good Feet social media accounts operated by Amerion Group LLC are:

  • Instagram: @goodfeetofficial (or current handle as displayed)
  • TikTok: @goodfeetofficial (or current handle as displayed)
  • Pinterest: @goodfeetofficial (or current handle as displayed)
  • Facebook: Good Feet Official Page

Any account not listed above is not affiliated with Amerion Group LLC. If you discover an impersonation account, please report it to the relevant platform and to support@goodfeetofficial.com.

2. User-Generated Content & Hashtags

By posting content using Good Feet branded hashtags (including #GoodFeet, #GoodFeetWalk, #WalkBetterLiveBetter) or by tagging our official accounts, you grant Amerion Group LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and share your content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit to your account where possible.

If you do not wish your content to be used by us, do not use our branded hashtags or tag our accounts, or contact us at support@goodfeetofficial.com to request removal.

3. Community Standards

When interacting with Good Feet on social media, you agree not to post content that is:

  • Offensive, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group
  • Defamatory, libellous, or intentionally false
  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive irrelevant content
  • Infringing of any third party’s intellectual property rights
  • Violating of the terms of service of the relevant social media platform
  • Containing personal data of third parties without their consent

Amerion Group LLC reserves the right to hide, delete, or report any content that violates these standards.

4. Competitions & Giveaways

Any competitions, giveaways, or promotional activities run by Good Feet on social media are subject to specific terms posted at the time of the promotion. All such activities comply with the terms of the relevant social media platform and applicable laws including EU consumer promotion regulations and FTC guidelines (USA).

5. No Financial or Medical Advice

Content posted by Good Feet on social media is for informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing constitutes medical, podiatric, or professional health advice. If you have a foot condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Third-Party Platform Rules

Our social media activity is also governed by the respective platform’s terms of service (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). In the event of conflict, the platform’s terms prevail for activity on that platform.
