All products sold on goodfeetofficial.com are premium comfort footwear shipped from China by Amerion Group LLC’s fulfilment partners. We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and photography lighting
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes
  • Sizes follow EU sizing standards — please refer to our size guide on each product page
  • All products are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products without prior notice

4. Pricing & EU Omnibus Directive Compliance

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change. In compliance with the EU Omnibus Directive (2019/2161/EU), effective in all EU member states since January 2023:

  • Any promotional or discounted price displayed on our website reflects a reduction from the lowest price offered in the preceding 30 days
  • The “was” / crossed-out price shown represents the reference price
  • We do not artificially inflate prices to create false discount impressions

Taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

5. Order Formation & Contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when Amerion Group LLC sends you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment failure
  • Delivery restrictions to certain regions

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

6. Payment Methods

7. Delivery

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer rights, guarantees, or remedies under applicable law, including:

  • EU Omnibus Directive (2019/2161/EU)
  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • Canadian consumer protection legislation including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act

All content on goodfeetofficial.com — including text, images, product names, descriptions, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Amerion Group LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission. The “Good Feet” brand name and logo are proprietary to Amerion Group LLC.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our consent
  • Post offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent reviews or comments
  • Purchase products for commercial resale without a written wholesale agreement
  • Violate any applicable export control or trade sanction laws

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided “as is”. We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product is materially different from its description, you are entitled to return it under our Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amerion Group LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under Australian Consumer Law or EU/UK consumer protection statutes).

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Amicable Resolution (All Customers)

We encourage you to contact us first at support@goodfeetofficial.com. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving disputes within 14 days where possible.

13.2 EU Online Dispute Resolution

13.3 UK Alternative Dispute Resolution

Australian consumers may contact the ACCC or their state consumer protection agency if a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. However, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence always apply and are not affected by this clause. EU consumers retain all rights under EU law. UK consumers retain all rights under UK law. Australian consumers retain all rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
