Law Enforcement & Platform Cooperation Policy

This policy explains how Amerion Group LLC (trading as Good Feet) responds to requests from law enforcement authorities, government agencies, courts, and e-commerce platforms regarding customer data and account information.

1. Our Commitment to User Privacy

Amerion Group LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We do not voluntarily share customer personal data with law enforcement or government agencies unless legally required to do so. We carefully review all requests before responding and will challenge requests that we believe are legally insufficient, overly broad, or improper.

2. When We May Disclose Data

Amerion Group LLC may disclose customer data to law enforcement or government authorities only in the following circumstances:

  • In response to a valid court order, subpoena, search warrant, or equivalent legal process issued by a competent authority
  • Where we are legally obligated to disclose under applicable US federal or state law, EU law, or the law of another jurisdiction with appropriate authority
  • In genuine emergency situations where disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent risk of death or serious physical harm
  • To protect the legal rights, property, or safety of Amerion Group LLC, its customers, or the public, where permitted by law

3. Requirements for Valid Requests

All law enforcement data requests must be:

  • Submitted in writing on official letterhead
  • Directed to: legal@goodfeetofficial.com or by post to Amerion Group LLC, 30 N Gould Street #36862, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
  • Accompanied by appropriate legal documentation (court order, subpoena, warrant)
  • Specific in the data requested and the legal authority invoked
  • Issued by a competent authority in a jurisdiction with legal standing

4. User Notification

Unless prohibited by applicable law or court order, Amerion Group LLC will endeavour to notify affected customers before disclosing their data to law enforcement, so that they may have an opportunity to seek legal protection. We will not notify users where doing so would be illegal or would endanger an ongoing investigation.

5. International Requests

As a Wyoming LLC operating internationally, Amerion Group LLC will evaluate international law enforcement requests on a case-by-case basis. We require international requests to comply with applicable US law and Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) procedures where applicable. Requests from EU authorities are assessed against GDPR Chapter V requirements for international data transfers.

6. Shopify Platform Cooperation

As our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. (Canada), Shopify may independently receive and respond to law enforcement requests regarding our store. Shopify’s own law enforcement guidelines are published at shopify.com/legal/law-enforcement.

7. Transparency

We do not publish a transparency report at this time. As our business scales, we commit to reviewing this policy and considering public transparency reporting.
