Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment: At Good Feet (Amerion Group LLC), we stand behind every pair we sell. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery — exceeding the minimum legal requirements in all markets where we operate. This policy applies to all orders placed on goodfeetofficial.com.

1. Important — Products Shipped From China

Please note that all Good Feet orders are dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners in China. Delivery takes between 6 and 17 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Your 30-day return window begins from the date your order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier tracking system.

Packaging note: To facilitate faster customs clearance and reduce import duties for our customers, some orders may be shipped without the original shoe box. The shoes are fully protected in secure padded packaging. This is standard practice in international e-commerce and does not affect product quality.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Return

  • Items returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery date
  • Items in original, unworn condition — no signs of use, dirt or damage
  • Items accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

2.2 Not Eligible for Return

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that have been altered, repaired, or modified
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

3. Statutory Rights by Jurisdiction

3.1 European Union & EEA — EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU

EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from delivery, without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact returns@goodfeetofficial.com before the 14-day period expires. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.

3.2 United Kingdom — Consumer Rights Act 2015

UK consumers have 14 days to cancel and a further 14 days to return goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Our 30-day policy exceeds these minimums. For faulty goods, you may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair/replacement thereafter.

3.3 Australia — Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Australian Consumer Law provides statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded. If goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee (not acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, not matching description), you are entitled to a remedy. For major failures, you may choose a refund. For minor failures, we may offer repair or replacement. These rights are in addition to our 30-day policy.

3.4 United States

Our 30-day return policy applies to all US customers. California consumers have additional rights under California consumer protection law. If goods are materially different from their description, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of our standard return window.

3.5 Canada (PIPEDA / Quebec Consumer Protection Act)

Our 30-day policy applies to all Canadian customers. Quebec consumers have additional rights under the Loi sur la protection du consommateur. Distance contracts may be cancelled within 7 days of receiving the goods under Quebec law.

3.6 New Zealand — Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

New Zealand consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If goods do not meet guaranteed standards, you are entitled to a remedy from us as the seller. These rights are in addition to our 30-day return policy.

4. How to Return an Item — Step by Step

Contact us — Email returns@goodfeetofficial.com with subject “Return Request — [Order Number]”. Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
Receive your RMA — We respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address instructions.
Pack securely — Place items in secure packaging. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
Ship your return — Send to the address provided. We strongly recommend tracked shipping. Return costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Receive your refund — We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goodfeetofficial.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
  • A brief written description of the issue

We will arrange a full refund or free replacement, including covering return shipping costs where applicable. This is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights.
