Ordering & Shipping
Where do Good Feet shoes ship from?
All Good Feet orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner warehouses in China. We ship via DPD, FedEx, and La Poste depending on your destination country. Our seller of record is Amerion Group LLC, a Wyoming LLC.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 6 to 17 business days from dispatch, depending on your country. France and Belgium: 6–15 days. UK: 7–17 days. USA and Canada: 8–17 days. Australia and New Zealand: 10–17 days. All orders include full tracking.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. All orders over $80 USD receive free standard tracked shipping worldwide. Orders under $80 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99–$9.99 USD calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import VAT and customs duties. EU customers: VAT applies on all orders; customs duties apply on orders above €150. UK customers: 20% UK VAT and possible duties on orders above £135. US customers: most orders fall below the $800 de minimis threshold. We declare the full commercial value on all shipments as required by law — we never under-declare.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbours or building reception, and look for any delivery notice cards. Wait 2 additional business days — carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered slightly early. If you still have not received it after 2 days, contact us at support@goodfeetofficial.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier immediately.
My shoe box was missing when my order arrived. Is that normal?
Yes. To reduce parcel weight, lower shipping costs for our customers, and facilitate faster customs clearance, some orders are dispatched without the original shoe box. Your shoes are fully protected in secure padded packaging. This does not affect product quality or your return rights.
Sizing & Fit
What sizing system do Good Feet shoes use?
All Good Feet shoes use EU sizing. See our full size guide at /pages/size-guide for EU to UK, US, and CM conversion charts. If you are between sizes, we always recommend ordering the larger size for walking comfort.
Do Good Feet shoes run true to size?
Most models run true to EU size. One exception: the GF Flow M runs small — order one size up for this model. Slip-on models (GF Ease F, GF Ease M, GF Sock F) can be ordered in your smaller size if you are between sizes, as they stretch slightly with wear. All other models run true to size.
I have wide feet. Which models do you recommend?
The GF Brox M (EU 33.5–52.5) has a generous width and is our most accommodating model for wide feet. The GF Ground M, GF Flow M, and GF Gorpcore M also have wider lasts. If in doubt, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 640 241 28 66 and we will guide you to the right model.
Do you carry very large sizes?
Yes. The GF Brox M goes up to EU 52.5 — one of the widest ranges available at this price point. The GF Suede M goes to EU 49, GF Flow M to EU 50, and GF Gorpcore M to EU 48. See our Size Guide for a full model-by-model range.
I have plantar fasciitis. Which shoes should I choose?
We recommend the GF Ease F (women) or GF Rise M (men) as starting points for plantar fasciitis. The latex massage insole in the GF Rise stimulates circulation and reduces heel impact. The GF Ease slip-on design eliminates the pressure of lacing. Our Pain-Free Coaching Programme is also specifically designed for foot conditions — available free with every order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery — exceeding the 14-day minimum required by EU law. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with proof of purchase. See our full Refund & Return Policy for complete details.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@goodfeetofficial.com with subject "Return Request — [Your Order Number]". Include your order number and reason. We respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly sent, Good Feet covers all return shipping costs and processes a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 3–5 business days and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to show the refund on your statement.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting support@goodfeetofficial.com or WhatsApp +1 640 241 28 66 immediately. After 1 hour, orders may already be submitted to our fulfilment partner and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once dispatched, use our 30-day return policy instead.

What does "Podiatrist Approved" mean?
All Good Feet footwear carrying the Podiatrist Approved designation has been reviewed and approved by our podiatry consultants for comfort construction, insole support, and suitability for extended daily wear. This is not a medical device claim — it means the construction meets podiatric comfort standards for healthy adults. If you have a specific medical foot condition, consult your doctor or podiatrist before purchase.
What is SoftStep Technology?
SoftStep is the proprietary multi-layer comfort construction system built into all Good Feet shoes. It combines breathable uppers, anti-friction lining, multi-layer EVA or latex insoles, EVA midsole cushioning, and durable rubber/TPR outsoles to deliver all-day comfort. How do I care for my Good Feet shoes?
For mesh and fabric models: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Air dry only — never use direct heat. For leather models: wipe with a clean dry cloth. Apply leather conditioner every 2–3 months for optimal care. For suede models: use a suede brush and suede protector spray. For white models (GF Pure M): clean with a white shoe cleaner and toothbrush to maintain colour.
Are Good Feet shoes suitable for people with flat feet?
Yes. Several models in the Good Feet collection include structured insoles or arch support suitable for flat feet. We recommend the GF Arch M, GF Heritage M, and GF Stride M for men, and the GF Stride F and GF Cloud F for women. If you have a diagnosed flat foot condition, consult your podiatrist for personalised advice.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL and Wero (Netherlands). All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on goodfeetofficial.com are encrypted with SSL/TLS. We never store full card numbers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. The padlock icon in your browser confirms your connection is secure.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Shop Pay Instalments is available at checkout, allowing you to split your payment into multiple interest-free instalments. Eligibility depends on your country and Shop Pay approval.

What is the Good Feet Coaching Programme?
The Good Feet Coaching Programme is a structured 21-day walking programme included free with every order. It is designed to help you get the maximum benefit from your Good Feet shoes — including correct break-in protocol, progressive distance building, posture correction, and foot care guidance. Is the coaching programme really free?
Yes. The Good Feet Coaching Programme is included with every purchase at no extra cost. No subscription. No equipment. Just the programme guide and your shoes.
Do I need any equipment for the coaching programme?
No. The only equipment you need is your Good Feet shoes and a step counter (your smartphone is sufficient). The programme is designed around walking — nothing more, nothing less.
