Pricing & Promotions Policy

This policy complies with the EU Omnibus Directive (2019/2161/EU), the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and applicable US FTC regulations on pricing transparency.

1. Price Display

All prices on goodfeetofficial.com are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs which are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase. Amerion Group LLC reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

2. EU Omnibus Directive Compliance

In full compliance with EU Directive 2019/2161/EU (the “Omnibus Directive”), effective in all EU member states since January 28, 2023, Good Feet commits to the following:

  • Any crossed-out or “was” price displayed on our website represents the lowest price charged in the preceding 30 days before the promotion began
  • We do not inflate reference prices artificially to create a misleading impression of discount
  • The percentage savings displayed (“Save X%”) are calculated against this verified 30-day minimum price
  • Flash sales and limited-time offers clearly indicate their duration and applicable conditions

3. Promotional Codes & Discounts

  • Promotional codes are single-use unless otherwise stated
  • Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly authorised
  • Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Good Feet reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time
  • Promotions apply to eligible items only — exclusions will be clearly stated

4. Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website, Amerion Group LLC reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs and offer you the option to purchase at the correct price.

5. UK Pricing Compliance

For UK customers, our pricing practices comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008. Reference prices shown reflect genuine prior selling prices.

6. Australian Pricing Compliance

Under Australian Consumer Law, we do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct regarding pricing. All claimed savings are genuine and verifiable.
