Where We Ship From
All Good Feet orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our partner warehouses in China. The seller of record is Amerion Group LLC, a Wyoming LLC (EIN: 32-0818127). Orders are shipped directly to your delivery address worldwide.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Our Carriers
We ship via three trusted international carriers, assigned based on your destination:
- DPD — Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and wider Europe
- FedEx — United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and international
- La Poste / Colissimo — France and select European destinations

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
As all orders are shipped from China, your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and processing fees upon entry into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Packaging Note
To reduce parcel weight, minimise shipping costs for our customers, and facilitate faster customs clearance, some orders may be dispatched without the original shoe box. Your shoes are fully protected in secure padded packaging. This is standard practice in international e-commerce and does not affect product quality, condition, or your return rights.
Delivery Issues
Package Not Received
Damaged in Transit
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goodfeetofficial.com with clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please verify your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error within 1 hour of placing your order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
