Anti-Spam & Email Marketing Policy

This policy governs all email and SMS marketing communications sent by Amerion Group LLC (trading as Good Feet), EIN 32-0818127, goodfeetofficial.com. It complies with the US CAN-SPAM Act 2003, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), EU GDPR Article 6 & 7, UK PECR, and all applicable international anti-spam laws.

1. Our Commitment Against Spam

Amerion Group LLC is firmly opposed to spam in all its forms. We will never send unsolicited commercial email or SMS messages. Every marketing communication we send complies with the laws of the recipient’s country.

Subscribers to Good Feet email marketing may receive:

  • Educational content on walking health and foot care
  • Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates) — these are sent regardless of marketing consent

4. Unsubscribe & Opt-Out

Every marketing email sent by Amerion Group LLC includes a clear and functional unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time by:

  • Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • Emailing support@goodfeetofficial.com with subject “Unsubscribe”

In compliance with CAN-SPAM and CASL, every marketing email we send clearly identifies:

  • Sender name: Good Feet or Amerion Group LLC
  • Sender email: A functioning @goodfeetofficial.com address
  • Physical address: Amerion Group LLC, 30 N Gould Street #36862, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
  • Commercial nature: The email is clearly identifiable as a commercial communication
  • Subject line: Accurate and non-deceptive

6. Third-Party Marketing Platform

7. Reporting Spam

If you believe you have received a spam email claiming to be from Good Feet that you did not consent to, please contact us immediately at privacy@goodfeetofficial.com with the email headers and content. We take all spam complaints seriously and investigate every report.
